5. Parent or Guardian Responsibilities

• Monitor younger students during online classes where appropriate.
• Maintain respectful communication with academy staff.
• Keep their contact information updated.
• Parents should not interfere with live teaching sessions unless requested by the teacher.

6. Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers are expected to:

• Maintain punctuality.
• Prepare lessons appropriately.
• Treat all students fairly and respectfully.
• Protect confidential student information.
• Maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
• Use only approved academy platforms for communication.

Teachers must not:

• Conduct personal business during academy classes.
• Contact students through unauthorized channels.
• Share copyrighted academy materials without permission.

7. Payments and Fees

Students are responsible for paying all applicable fees according to the academy's Payment Policy.

Failure to pay fees on time may result in:

All educational content provided by Meesaq Academy-including videos, documents, presentations, worksheets, assessments, recordings, logos, branding, course materials, and digital resources-is the intellectual property of Meesaq Academy unless otherwise stated.

13. Class Recordings
