Refund Policy

At Meesaq Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. As our courses involve reserved class slots, instructor scheduling, digital resources, and administrative costs, all refund requests are subject to the following terms.

1. General Policy

All fees paid to Meesaq Academy are generally non-refundable unless specifically approved under the conditions outlined in this policy.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.

2. Registration and Admission Fees

Registration, admission, enrollment, and administrative fees are strictly non-refundable.

These charges cover account creation, student onboarding, verification, and administrative processing.

3. Course Fees

Course fees become non-refundable once:

• The student has attended the first scheduled class.
• Course materials or LMS access have been provided.
• A class slot has been reserved for the student.
• The course has officially commenced.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Payment processed incorrectly by the academy.
• The academy is unable to provide the enrolled course.
• Other exceptional situations approved by academy management.
• Each request is reviewed individually, and supporting documents may be required.

5. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind after enrollment.
• Lack of interest or motivation.
• Failure to attend classes.
• Missed classes due to personal reasons.
• Internet or device-related issues on the student's side.
• Scheduling conflicts.
• Relocation or travel.
• Failure to complete assignments.
• Dissatisfaction after attending classes without a verified service issue.
• Suspension or termination due to violation of academy policies.
• Failure to use LMS resources after enrollment.

6. Trial Classes

Where trial classes are offered:

• Trial fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• Enrollment after a trial confirms acceptance of the course and its teaching methodology.

7. Teacher Change Requests

The academy may approve a change of teacher based on availability and academic requirements.

A request for a different teacher does not qualify the student for a refund.

8. Missed Classes

Fees are not refunded for classes missed due to:

• Student absence.
• Late arrival.
• Personal commitments.
• Technical problems on the student's device or internet connection.
• Make-up classes are provided only where permitted under academy policy.

9. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must:

• Be submitted in writing through the academy's official communication channels.
• Include the student's name, course, payment details, and reason for the request.
• Be supported with any requested documentation.
• Verbal requests will not be considered.

10. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 15-30 business days through the original payment method, after deducting any applicable administrative charges or non-refundable fees.

11. Partial Refunds

Where applicable, the academy may approve a partial refund after deducting:

• Registration or administrative fees.
• Charges for classes already conducted.
• Learning materials provided.
• Payment gateway or banking charges.
• Any other non-recoverable costs incurred by the academy.

12. Academy-Initiated Cancellation

If Meesaq Academy permanently cancels a course before it begins and no suitable alternative can be offered, eligible students may receive a full or partial refund at the academy's discretion.

13. Non-Transferability

Course fees, discounts, scholarships, and promotional offers cannot be transferred to another person unless expressly approved by the academy.

14. Final Decision

All refund requests are reviewed by the academy management.

After reviewing the circumstances and applicable policies, the decision of Meesaq Academy shall be final.

15. Policy Updates

Meesaq Academy reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version published on the LMS or official academy platforms will supersede all previous versions.
