At میثاق اکیڈمی, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. As our courses involve reserved class slots, instructor scheduling, digital resources, and administrative costs, all refund requests are subject to the following terms.

1. General Policy

All fees paid to میثاق اکیڈمی are generally non-refundable unless specifically approved under the conditions outlined in this policy.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.

Registration, admission, enrollment, and administrative fees are strictly non-refundable.

These charges cover account creation, student onboarding, verification, and administrative processing.

• Payment processed incorrectly by the academy.
• The academy is unable to provide the enrolled course.

5. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

• Scheduling conflicts.
• Relocation or travel.
• Failure to complete assignments.
• Dissatisfaction after attending classes without a verified service issue.
• Suspension or termination due to violation of academy policies.
• Failure to use LMS resources after enrollment.

Where trial classes are offered:

• Trial fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• Enrollment after a trial confirms acceptance of the course and its teaching methodology.

The academy may approve a change of teacher based on availability and academic requirements.

A request for a different teacher does not qualify the student for a refund.

• Include the student's name, course, payment details, and reason for the request.
• Be supported with any requested documentation.
• Verbal requests will not be considered.

10. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 15-30 business days through the original payment method, after deducting any applicable administrative charges or non-refundable fees.

• Registration or administrative fees.
• Charges for classes already conducted.

13. Non-Transferability

14. Final Decision

All refund requests are reviewed by the academy management.

میثاق اکیڈمی reserves the right to amend this ریفنڈ پالیسی at any time. The latest version published on the LMS or official academy platforms will supersede all previous versions.
